SVHC gathers personal information, such as first and last names, home addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and credit card numbers, only when voluntarily submitted by you. If you make an online donation, personal information will be collected from you in order to process that donation. Unless you have scheduled a monthly reoccurring gift, no credit card information is retained after the donation is submitted.
With your permission, we will use your personal information to send you news about SVHC, such as updates or information regarding new fundraising campaigns or special events. If you do not elect to receive such materials, we will not send them to you.
Security of Donor Information
Donor information is stored within our donor management database, specifically eTapestry. Access to the database is restricted to personnel with legitimate business needs to access or modify the information in the database. Your information is never shared or sold to anyone.
