New concert series at St Vincent Home!

New concert series starting Wednesday, October 12 will feature performances from Brian Owens and The 442s!

A landmark in North County since 1850, St. Vincent Home for Children will begin a new concert series this fall with performances from singer Brian Owens and the eclectic quartet The 442s.

Sponsored by the Sinquefield Charitable Foundation, The Chapel Concerts at St. Vincent Home for Children are intended to showcase the Home’s historic chapel and to help connect St. Vincent and the surrounding community.

The performers featured in the first two concerts are both well established as favorites of St. Louis audiences. Owens, who was raised in nearby Ferguson, will kick off the series with a performance of classic American soul on Wednesday, October 12, followed by the genre-defying original compositions of The 442s on Wednesday, November 9.

Both concerts will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel at St. Vincent Home for Children, 7401 Florissant Rd, St. Louis, MO 63121. Tickets are $10 for general admission. Complimentary refreshments will be served.

Because space is limited, those interested in attending are asked to RSVP by sending an email to stv@firstrule.com with your name, concert date, and the number of tickets wanted. Payment can be made at the door by cash or check. Free parking is available on St. Vincent’s lot, adjacent to the building.
