At the root of all we do at The Core Collective at Saint Vincent, is our mission — to make well-being the standard for St. Louis. We improve healthcare for families, advance socioeconomic equity, and activate conscious leaders.
There’s no question – the challenges of today’s youth are great. For the youth we serve, those challenges may become overwhelming because of their circumstances.
Regardless of their difficulties, we know that each youth has potential, each youth has a future, and each youth can have renewed hope in a life worth living – if they have the needed support and guidance. To make that help available to as many youth as possible, The Core Collective offers a variety of on-site residential and home-based programs. Programs are tailored for the various levels of support that our youth need and are created to be seamless, so that youth, their families, and community members have as much support as they need for as long as they need it.
Our primary programs are:
- Supportive Housing Program Residential Treatment for youth ages 10-19
- Transitional Living Program Transitioning services and counseling for teen’s moving into adulthood and achieving self-sufficiency.
- Outpatient Support Services Home-Based Counseling for youth ages 6-19
- Street Outreach Program Support for homeless, runaway, and at risk youth ages 10-19
