SM1The Sheet Metal Workers Local 36 hosted their annual golf tournament at Glen Echo Country Club on May 5, 2014 generating $20,000 for St. Vincent Home for Children. Over the past 17 years, the Sheet Metal Workers have donated over $210,000 to support our important work with children and families. We are so grateful for their continued support and dedication to our mission. The funds raised from this tournament will help so many children here at the Home, and for that we are more grateful than words can express.

“Local 36 is an amazing partner, and one of our major donors,” said Carla Monroe-Posey, Executive Director of St. Vincent Home for Children. “It’s an incredible level of support from just one organization. Their consistent generosity really makes a difference to us and the kids we serve.”

Serving members since 1888, Sheet Metal Workers Local 36 encompasses the greater St. Louis metropolitan area, Eastern Missouri, Columbia, Jefferson City, and Springfield Missouri, as well as Arkansas.  Representing over 3,000 members and serving over 150 contractors, the organization is committed to providing customer satisfaction on every job through the highest quality value, integrity, safety and craftsmanship.  Local 36 is an affiliate of the Sheet Metal Workers Union International Association.
